MyMedicare Program starts from 1st of October 2023

At Terrey Hills Family Surgery we are excited to inform you that we are participating in the new MyMedicare program.  We would like to invite you all to enrol, who consider us to be your Family GP. This free and voluntary Government initiative will ensure that you get benefits that include greater continuity of care, better health outcomes, priority to urgent appointments with your usual GP and longer Telehealth consultations. You can register with us using your Medicare online account or Express Plus Medicare mobile app

Alternatively, you can download the registration form , complete it and send it to us via Email Reception@terreyhillsfs.com. Call our reception team if you have any questions.
